OffPeak offers a 3 year warranty on all of our HMI products wherein we guarantee all of our products to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the product functioning to all advertised specifications. If a product fails to meet specifications, OffPeak will inspect all products under warranty and we will repair or replace at our discretion. Acceptance for the return of the product reported defective by the customer does not imply or acknowledge that the product is defective in design or manufacture. Units that exhibit exposure to conditions not consistent with unit design or function will not be considered for credit, even though they may be within the warranty repair period.
